Francesca Zille - Nutritional Therapist & Eating Psychology Coach
4 Crook Log
I have a keen interest in emotional eating, weight issues, body image challenges, overeating, binge eating, stressed eating, sleeping challenges and a variety of nutrition and stress related health concerns such as poor digestion, fatigue, low mood, skin issues and low immunity. As a Nutritional Therapist and Eating Psychology Coach, my approach is positive and empowering. I don't see your eating challenges merely as a sign that “something is wrong with you” – but as a place where you can more fully explore some of the personal dimensions in life that impact food, weight and health. Oftentimes, eating challenges are connected to work, money, relationship, family, intimacy, life stress and so much more. By working on the places that are most relevant for you, success is more easily achieved.
By eliminating all the “shoulds and shouldn’ts”, I focus on what’s right for your body and your personal style. Working together in this way, enable eating and health issues to become a place of exploration. Instead of seeing such challenges as the enemy, they become opportunities for growth and self-improvement.
Training, qualifications & experience
I attended a three years Naturopathic Nutrition course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine where, at the end of it, I qualified as Nutritional Therapist.
The beauty of Naturopathic Nutrition is the use of whole and organic foods and its extraordinary proprieties to enhance health and wellbeing. Today, we see that a return to chemical-free foods, along with other dietary measures, is an effective answer to many health complaints and common conditions.
I also trained at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the world’s leading school in Nutritional Psychology, where I received the certification as an Eating Psychology & Mind Body Nutrition Coach. In IPE's internationally acclaimed program, I learned powerful cutting-edge tools and protocols that enable me to work with weight issues, body image challenges, overeating, binge eating, and a variety of nutrition related health concerns such as digestion, fatigue, mood, immunity, and others. The skills I use from this training is a combination of practical coaching techniques, results-oriented psychology, clinical nutrition, body-centered practices, mind-body science, and a positive and compassionate approach to challenges with food and health.
I am a full member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy) and I am registered to CNHC (Complementary & Natural Health Council).
