About me

I am a nutritionist with a passion for helping people understand how to eat optimally for their individual requirements, to feel as good as possible now, and for a healthy future.

The food we eat has a huge impact on our health and wellbeing, and with so much conflicting information out there it can create a lot of confusion for people. With a personaIised approach based on nutritional science, I help people to understand their body in relation to their diet, understand how to maintain a healthy balanced diet, and how to integrate this into their daily lives so that it’s not just manageable, but enjoyable too.

I offer the following services (see below for details on how to have a complimentary discovery call with me):

  •  Initial consultation and nutrition plan

-This includes a 60-minute initial consultation discussing your health concerns, goals, preferences, your current diet and lifestyle habits, analysis of your health and wellness questionnaire, and three-day food diary  It is a chance for you to ask me any questions you have, and for me to fully understand more about your individual circumstances.

-Following your initial consultation you will be sent a plan of bespoke recommendations, a personalised shopping list for ideas, a tailored supplement plan if necessary, meal ideas, and any other information relevant to your needs.

-Functional testing may be recommended in some instances if deemed necessary and is always optional.

  • 6-week nutrition programme

A popular option due to regular contact points which enhance motivation and accountability. The process of a 6-week nutrition programme includes the initial consultation as above, plus the following:

-2x 30-minute follow-up consultations (one at 3 weeks and one at 6 weeks) to discuss successes and challenges, and make any necessary adjustments.

-3x food diary analysis at each consultation

-Email support during the 6 weeks

  • 30m zoom/telephone consultation

This is your chance to discuss any questions you may have with an experienced nutritionist without the need for a full consultation. This may be regarding your diet, supplements you are taking or general questions you may have on the topic of nutrition. There will be no written nutrition plan, however, you will get the chance to complete a three-day food diary beforehand which I will assess and feedback to you.

About me:
I am a nutritionist with a BSc in Nutritional Science and a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition. My passion is to help people feel their best and look forward to a healthy future through the power of nutrition and lifestyle.

If you would like to have a complimentary 15-minute discovery call with me, please find my calendar at to book your slot. Alternatively please email or call 07751 230680.

Please note, I work with adults, children, and teenagers; however, an adult will need to be present for anyone under 16.

'It was a really positive experience, I learned some new things but it also reinforced some habits and behaviours, It’s good to get confirmation that you are doing the right things.
I have subsequently lost 6ilbs just by eating wisely and following some of Francesca’s meal ideas that incorporate fresh fruit and veg.

I would certainly recommend Francesca, she is really friendly and not judgemental in any way and just gives helpful advice that you can choose to take on board if you so wish.'

-Mandy, Ruislip

'Brilliant, really helpful. I now know what foods I can eat and feel so much better, Francesca has helped me, my life is so much better. Would highly recommend her.'

-Hayley, Rusilip

'Extremely good and helpful. She advised me about diet and certain supplements that significantly helped my condition, especially with my bloating. Her support has been excellent and the useful links and advice she has also sent to me was most appreciated. Francesca has a gentle and professional style and I would recommend to others.'

-Elaine, Northwood

Brilliant! Francesca was recommended to me by my mum, who also had a great experience. I saw Francesca because of GI and weight issues which I was struggling to solve alone. Francesca is lovely, calm, non-judgemental, thorough, very supportive and extremely knowledgeable. I met Francesca for the first time 4 months ago and since then my GI issues are nearly completely resolved. I have lots more energy. I don’t wake up tired anymore and I have lost nearly a stone in weight. I can’t recommend Francesca highly enough!

-L.D, Ruislip

Excellent, personal advice that works for me. Understanding my lifestyle and refining my diet plan to something that is manageable for my work schedule. Simply getting the peace of mind, knowing I can rely on my diet plan and having a detailed shopping list with multiple options helps vary things up. Overall, very happy with my experience.

-Max, Middlesex

I found Francesca to be warm and welcoming. Her in-depth approach to my problem proved her to be a true professional in her area. I benefited from my consultations with her and continue to work with her valuable recommendations.
