I’m Faiza, a Registered Nutritional Therapist, and I work with busy women who are struggling with their energy levels and the first signs of ageing, and I help them take back control of their health, rebalance their hormones and feel re-energised and confident in their body again.
I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach. By understanding their health goals I support my clients with tailored nutrition programmes and guide them through manageable dietary and lifestyle changes to optimise their health and help them feel amazing every day.
And I try to keep things real… working with me won’t involve fad diets and I will try not to deny my clients the occasional glass of wine, square of (dark) chocolate or morning cup of coffee, unless I feel it is absolutely necessary!

I offer a range of programmes with varying levels of support to suit your needs. A ‘one-off’ appointment is unlikely to be enough to change a lifetime of habits and help you feel re-energised and more like the 'old you' again. In order to get to the root cause of your health issues and work towards your goals I always recommend working together for a minimum of 10-12 weeks, following a structured programme of on-going coaching and support, tailored to you. This gives you time to create healthy new food and lifestyle habits without feeling overwhelmed.

Dip CNM - Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine
Member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).
Registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the accredited register for Nutritional Therapy practitioners under the Professional Standards Authority of the United Kingdom
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

- Nutrition, lifestyle and recipe fact sheets, where appropriate
- Medication and nutrient interaction evaluation where applicable
- Supplement recommendations, if appropriate*
- Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation
- Personal coaching to support new food choices and new habits
- Email support throughout

Talks and presentations: Focussing on particular topics such as energy, sleep and blood sugar balance to suit your audience. These can be tailored to suit individual businesses and can include lunchtime talks, one off workshops and mini one-to-one reviews.
Consultations are available Tuesday to Friday morning and Thursday evenings.
