About me
How I can help you
Are you dreaming of feeling energised, enjoying clear skin, and having a happy, healthy digestive system?
Do you struggle with managing your weight, blood sugar, or perhaps you’re looking to enhance your sports performance? Maybe you simply want to feel healthier overall but find yourself lost in a sea of conflicting nutrition advice.
You’re not alone—and navigating the overwhelming and often misleading world of diets and wellness tips can be incredibly frustrating. The truth is, there’s no “one size fits all” when it comes to health because each of us is beautifully unique.
So, whether you’ve spent years trying diet after diet, dealing with health issues that never seem to improve, or you’re simply looking for a clearer, science-backed approach to feeling better, I’m here to help. Let’s discover your path to better health together!
How I work
That’s where I come in. Nutritional therapy is about more than just weight loss—it’s about transforming your entire wellbeing through personalised nutrition. Whether you’re facing challenges like hormonal imbalances, tummy problems, skin issues, or ongoing fatigue, the right food can make all the difference.
I work with clients to uncover the root causes of their symptoms and tailor nutrition and lifestyle plans that truly work for them, addressing not just the symptoms but the underlying issues that keep them from feeling their best.
A bit about me
Every person’s journey is different. I know this firsthand because, like many of my clients, I’ve been there too. In my early 40s, I was dealing with brain fog, low mood, poor sleep, and unwanted weight gain—signs that my body was struggling. This experience was a wake-up call that led me to explore how food and lifestyle could dramatically impact my health. That personal journey not only changed my life but also inspired me to retrain as a nutritional therapist so that I could help others achieve the same kind of transformation.
What to expect in your first session
Most of my work is conducted online via Zoom, making it convenient and flexible for you to fit appointments around your busy life. For those local to Essex, I am also available for face-to-face consultations.
Before we meet I'll ask you to complete an online medical questionnaire and a 7-day diet diary. I use this to create your programme which I'll discuss with you at our first session.
I’ll tailor your nutrition programme to you as the unique human being you are. We’ll carefully discuss your personal goals, lifestyle, routine, likes, and dislikes to make sure that my recommendations will really work for you.
Other information
To further enhance our understanding of your health, I offer access to advanced functional testing, including gut microbiome analysis, hormone panels, and Nutrigenomic testing. These tests go beyond standard blood work, providing a deeper look into your body’s unique biochemistry and genetic makeup. By using these insights, we can create a truly customised plan that targets your specific needs—whether it’s identifying nutrient deficiencies, understanding how your body responds to certain foods, or uncovering hidden imbalances that might be holding you back.
