About us

Hi, I’m Emily, a registered genetic nutritionist with the AfN.

Growing up with three siblings who excelled both academically and athletically, I learned early on how powerful nutrition can be as a tool to achieve success. My passion for showjumping has taken me across the UK and Europe, providing firsthand experience of the challenges involved in prioritising optimal nutrition while juggling the demands of travel, work, and competition. This personal perspective in high-performance sports has deepened my understanding of how excellent nutrition can transform health, performance, and overall well-being.

After completing a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters in Nutrition and Genetics, I realised the potential of combining these two fields. This vision led to the creation of My NutriDNA, a business dedicated to delivering personalised nutritional advice to help individuals optimise their health and achieve their goals.

Ultimately, a “one size fits all” nutritional approach is simply not effective. In fact, in a world where information is just a click away, it is staggering how many nutritional myths still misinform people. I’m committed to providing simple but effective science-based advice which can be relied upon to assist in the pursuit of health, sporting or well-being goals. Whatever your goal and whatever your ambition, I can help you fuel your own success.

I offer a comprehensive range of services designed to help you optimise your health, well-being, and performance through nutrition consultations, cutting-edge nutritional genetic testing and a finger-prick blood test. Our commitment to science and the latest advancements in personalised nutrition ensures that you receive the most accurate and effective insights. Our carefully selected genetic markers and biomarkers are backed by high-quality scientific research, guaranteeing that only validated markers are included in My NutriDNA testing packages.

Whatever your goals may be, I am here to guide you toward achieving them through personalised nutrition tailored to your unique needs.
