Elizabeth McIntyre- Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Therapist

About me

Are you suffering with hormonal imbalances; gut or sleep issues; low mood and energy, and fed up with trying multiple 'quick- fixes' with limited results?

Hi I'm Liz, a registered nurse with over 10 years experience in a variety of settings, and 12 months experience of holistic living nutrition. This combination of knowledge and experience allows me to support individuals to manage their health as a whole and not just focus on restrictive diets, weight loss or fads.

I believe food is medicine; prevention is better than cure, and my aim is to help my clients to feel good, inside and out, without relying on medication and all the negative side- effects. Using a non- judgemental approach, we will identify the root cause of any issues and work through mindset shifts, tools and techniques to equip you to make the simple changes. I have helped many clients achieve incredible results such as: better quality sleep, increased energy levels throughout the day, improved mood, better relationships and SO much more.

I offer a free 20 minute no obligation discovery call to discuss how I can help to meet your needs.

Please contact me via the enquiry form with any questions about how we can work together to help you to start living your fullest, healthiest life.

Training, qualifications & experience

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Flexible appointments available to support busy lives- evenings and weekends can be arranged.

Further information

I also provide advice on supplements; aromatherapy; homeopathy and other alternative holistic therapies if this may be beneficial in supporting you.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
