Elizabeth Fleming BSc (Registered Dietitian & Mindset Coach)
Liz has a passion for translating the science of nutrition into simple and easy to follow steps, making eating well an enjoyable experience you can achieve with ease.
If you are feeling overwhelmed and confused with all the conflicting dietary information you hear and see on the internet and social media channels, working with Liz will certainly give you the clarity you are looking for.
You will gain an understanding of all the nutrients your body needs, what it needs them for and where to find them, along with simple strategies to create straightforward nutritionally balanced meals.
And if you feel that you have all the knowledge you need, but are constantly sabotaging your best efforts to eat well and achieve your health and wellness goals, Liz can work with you to understand how your mind plays a significant part in your journey to better health, discovering and eliminating the root causes of the things that are holding you back.
Liz understands first hand that a state of well-being and good health comes not just from nutrition but an altogether more holistic approach, encompassing factors which nourish not just the body, but the mind and soul as well. As such, her approach to wellness brings together a range of therapies which support this more compassionate and rounded approach to health.
As well as being a registered Dietitian (RD) with 14 years' experience of nutrition and dietary therapy in health, disease and disease prevention, Liz is a mum who has personal experience of living with and overcoming post natal depression and anxiety.
Over the years, Liz has utilised an holistic approach to her own well being, combining a range of therapeutic approaches to nourish and nurture herself back to full health and is now excited to be able to share this approach with you. She has founded The Be Well Space, which provides a nurturing physical space (either face to face or online) in which you can learn how to create space in your life for you and your own well being. Through eating well, thinking well and moving well you will be treating yourself well and feeling so much better.
