I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and a qualified Psychotherapist with over 16 years experience. I offer a holistic approach to health encompassing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. My areas of interest are helping to improve digestion and resilience to stress and and all the health issues that can ensue as a result of these. I help clients with their mental health which in turn improves their physical health.
I am very passionate about helping people regain a sense of wellbeing in their lives. I enjoy educating my clients and helping them to be able to help themselves and their loved ones.

Diploma in Naturopathy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine- London.
Post graduate diploma in Transpersonal Psychotherapy from the College of Counselling and Psychotherapy Education -London.
Certificate in Eating disorders from the National Centre for Eating Disorders

British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
