About me
Many women in midlife feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck when it comes to their health. You might be struggling with weight gain, low energy, mood swings, disrupted sleep, or digestive discomfort - often made worse by hormonal changes. It can feel like your body isn’t responding the way it used to, no matter what you try.
As a registered Nutritional Therapist - and a woman amid perimenopause herself - I can help you navigate these challenges with practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies tailored to your unique needs.
I offer a range of 1:1 personalised nutrition programmes via Zoom, or by telephone. My goal is to help you regain control of your health with realistic, sustainable changes. I also deliver talks and provide corporate wellness packages, helping businesses support employee well-being.
A full range of private health testing is also available, including food intolerance (IgG), food allergy (IgE), full nutrient profile, gut health, female/male hormone testing, and adrenal and thyroid function.
If you’re ready to feel like yourself again, I’d love to help.
