About me

I have always been a foodie and passionate about healthy eating. This led me into obtaining a Bachelor (BSc) Hons degree in Nutrition and a registered member with the Association for Nutrition (ANutr).

My holistic and evidence-based approach has shown great outcomes for sustainable health and lifestyle goals. I understand that we are all different people and our body mechanisms work differently, therefore the advice and programmes provided will be tailored to you. I will work with you to achieve your personal health and fitness goals giving you bespoke diet and lifestyle plans.

  • Private Consultations.

One to one consultation can take place in clinics in Leamington Spa or Warwick, through Skype or telephone where necessary. Prior to your appointment you will have a complimentary 15 minute call to discuss your health history and lifestyle habits. You will also be asked to complete a food diary to help us prepare in advance, making your time during the consultation worthwhile.

The initial consultation can last up to an hour looking in detail at your health, family history, dietary and lifestyle habits. We will work together to develop a health programme with a combination of dietary and lifestyle changes tailored to your needs. A nutritional supplement programme may also be recommended where necessary. You will receive a complimentary follow up call to see how you are doing. Further follows ups maybe be advised depending on your health goals.

  • Food Intolerance Testing.

Food intolerance can result in delayed unpleasant symptoms that can make daily life uncomfortable and sometimes unbearable. These physical reactions may be caused when the body reacts adversely to certain foods in your diet. The food intolerance test will identify any intolerance you may have of the 59 commonly eaten foods.

The process including the actual test, development of the results and nutritional consultation to discuss the results will last about 1 hour 40 minutes and can take place in clinics in Warwick or Leamington Spa.

  • Vegetarian and Vegan Diets.

Being vegetarian myself and with strong interest in plant-based diets, I will work with you to develop a healthy diet plan with the foods you are more likely to consume. Whether you are finding it difficult being on a vegetarian or vegan diet, or finding it difficult to achieve optimal health whilst on a vegetarian or vegan diet, there is no need to give up.

In a 30-60 minute consultation you will be given a structured plan, informative ways of choosing the correct foods and modifications of your lifestyle choices.

  • Corporate Wellness.

Helping your team be healthier and happier has shown to improve productiveness and fewer absences.

  • Events & Talks.

To inspire and educate others on eating and living healthy lifestyles.
