About me

I am a qualified Nutritional Advisor and Natural Juice Therapist working one to one with clients and running workshops for the general public in Witney.  My focus is on using nourishing foods in simple and practical ways to help my clients reach their short and long term goals.  I provide bespoke made meal plans to help my clients feel more confident in the kitchen and to show them that eating healthy can be easy with a bit of planning and preparation.

If you are in search of some nutrition advice, you would like a healthy bespoke made meal plan, you would like to organise a workshop then I would love to work with you. Please contact me to have a chat about ways that I can help you reach your health goals this year.

Initial Consultation (1 hour): This is a chance for us to get to know each other better and discuss how I can help you move closer to your health and nutrition goals. I will provide you with a nutrition questionnaire to fill in before we meet which will provide me with some background information about your lifestyle, medical history and current eating habits. I will ask that you send this information back to me at least 2-3 days before our initial consultation. During this session you may be given additional resources, recipes ideas and tips to help you get started on your new path to better health.

Follow Up Consultations (30-45mins): This is an opportunity to touch base after our initial consultation to see how the recommendations are working and discuss any concerns you may have. We will look at any changes that can be made to your nutrition plan, or additional steps we can take to improving your overall health.

28 Day Healthy Eating Plan (Bespoke): Unsure of what recipes to cook, would like a bit of a structure to follow for 4 weeks, then we can develop a menu plan that is right for you. Many of my clients have used this as a helpful resource to keep them on track long term. They love the variety of foods they are able to incorporate into their weekly eating plan, and the delicious selection of nourishing foods that are good for health, but also tasty. We often get stuck in a rut when it comes to meal planning, which is why I am able to help make this part of your lifestyle a little less stressful and more delicious.
