Darshika Bower - Beating Stress Related Health Issues

Are you a woman over 40 who can no longer ignore the effect that stress is having on your health?
Have you been dealing with stress for a long time?
Are you worried that it will start impacting your health?
Or, are you already suffering from various stress related illnesses?
You know it's time to change your life now.
I can help you tackle stress and it’s effects through my ‘Beat Stress And Kick Start Your Health’ programmes. I use a combination of therapies to get to the root cause of your stress, enable you to release it and empower you to rebuild your health and life through changing your thoughts and nutrition (please see www.darshikabower.com to find out more information about how I work).
I see clients in a clinic in Haywards Heath, Sussex and I am also available for Skype or Zoom calls.
