About me
My name is Daniella, I am a mother of three. I specialise in post natal nutrition. I also love to work with pre conceptual care and pregnancy clients. This is where most of my experience is.
I trained at the Nutritional Healing Foundation College and graduated in 2008. Since then, I have also worked for the College as a teaching assistant.
Before this, I trained as a yoga teacher, from which I also gained a great deal of inspiration. I am also influenced by many years of receiving Traditional Chinese Medicine and Psychotherapy.
I’m originally from London, but I grew up in Los Angeles.
I have always loved to listen to people and learn about how our minds, bodies and emotions work. I was like the school agony aunt from a very young age.
Having had my own health challenges, I have a great deal of respect for therapy in its many forms. I feel fortunate to have learned from some very wise and experienced health practitioners.
It’s a joy to help people discover healthy and fulfilling lives.
