About me

I am a registered nutritionist based in the East Dulwich area. I have a passion for healthy living and I offer professional, tailored nutritional advice to find the right balance for each individual client to bring about their own natural state of health.

During my time in clinical practice, I have helped clients with a range of issues. I’m committed to helping people understand the importance of good nutrition to achieve optimum health, leading to a healthier and happier life.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Registered Nutritionists use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.

What to Expect?

Consultations are delivered on a one to one basis where we look at your full medical history, family medical history, diet, lifestyle and level of daily activity. From there I will be able to look beyond the symptoms clients present with to investigate the possible root causes, this will make up the basis for your personalised plan.

There is no one size fits all protocol where health is concerned, each person has a different biological makeup that interacts with its environment uniquely and will therefore require a personalised nutrition plan to promote optimum health and wellness, however, I am here to help!

Please contact me to book a free 15-minute phone call today to find out how I can help you achieve better health.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
