I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut health, disordered eating and building healthy relationships with food. Although I usually run clinics in both central Edinburgh and London, I am currently taking all consultations over zoom.
I offer a completely tailored and personalised approach to health, addressing the root cause of my client’s symptoms whilst guiding them through behavioural and habit change techniques to ensure long lasting success in reaching their health goals. I don’t believe in restrictive diets and aim to empower my clients with the knowledge and expertise to feel confident in making their own nutrition and lifestyle choices. In order to achieve the best results and provide the highest level of support, I prefer working with my clients weekly or fortnightly for a minimum of 6-12 weeks.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully insured, qualified and registered member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and am currently working towards becoming a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity with The National Centre for Eating Disorders, which is approved by The British Psychological Society.
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

6 WEEK or 12 WEEK PROGRAMME
This programme runs across a 6 or 12 week period and includes:
- 1 x Initial 1 Hour Consultation via zoom
- Weekly private 30-45minute sessions via zoom (5 total for 6 week programme, 11 in 12 week programme)
- A completely tailored and personalised approach with nutritional and lifestyle interventions
- Bespoke diagnostic-testing and supplement recommendations if appropriate
- Review of your progress each week, adapting the programme to suit your evolving needs
- Notes of what was discussed after each session including clear actionable and manageable steps to focus on each week
- Gradual introduction of new recommendations at a pace that is manageable for you
- Guidance through behavioural and habit change techniques to ensure long lasting and sustainable changes
- Unlimited support during our work together via message or email
- Personalised recipes if desired
