About me

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut health, disordered eating and building healthy relationships with food. Although I usually run clinics in both central Edinburgh and London, I am currently taking all consultations over zoom.

I offer a completely tailored and personalised approach to health, addressing the root cause of my client’s symptoms whilst guiding them through behavioural and habit change techniques to ensure long lasting success in reaching their health goals. I don’t believe in restrictive diets and aim to empower my clients with the knowledge and expertise to feel confident in making their own nutrition and lifestyle choices. In order to achieve the best results and provide the highest level of support, I prefer working with my clients weekly or fortnightly for a minimum of 8-12 weeks.

If you are struggling with your relationship with food, disordered eating habits, weight management or simply want to know a little more about Nutritional Therapy, please do get in touch via phone, email or Instagram.

I offer a free, no-obligation phone call (up to 1hr) to discuss any health and lifestyle goals or concerns, your symptoms and the expectations you may have to determine which programme would work best for you. If you do decide to book in, you will receive a detailed questionnaire and food diary to complete before the first consultation.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully insured, qualified and registered member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and am currently working towards becoming a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity with The National Centre for Eating Disorders, which is approved by The British Psychological Society.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
