About me

Hi, I'm Claudia. I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist based in Surrey and offer online consultations UK and World Wide.

After struggling with my own fertility issues at the age of 39, I helped myself and my partner to improve our fertility via diet changes & a supplement plan over several months. Now I’m here to help give you the right foundations to improve yours too.

I help you improve your fertility via diet & lifestyle changes and natural supplements.

Having suffered fertility issues myself, I fully understand how you feel, and want to help support you in your fertility journey.

Wherever you are on your fertility journey, all clients have an initial, in-depth nutritional therapy consultation which covers your health concerns, medical history, diet and lifestyle.

To get the very most out of this time, I will ask you to complete and return a detailed pre-consultation questionnaire. Dietary supplements may be recommended, based on both your specific needs or, in some cases, following analysis of any functional test results.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Fees

Initial Consultation - 1 hour 30 mins - £100

Follow up consultation - 45 mins - £60

Further information

During your fertility consultation we will discuss your medical health history, your diet as well as your symptoms.

I take a holistic approach so it’s helpful for me to understand lifestyle factors such as stress, family or work pressures that could be contributing to your fertility issues. By the end of your consultation, I aim to have a clear understanding of factors that may be influencing your current fertility health.

Together we will devise a personalised and practical nutritional programme tailored to your lifestyle to support your fertility including diet and lifestyle modifications, supplemental support and functional laboratory testing options.

I promise I won't give you any strict or complicated dietary plans - we will work together to make changes to your current diet to achieve important goals.

Small changes can have a big impact on diet & health.
