About me

My aim is to help you enjoy a nourishing diet that supports your health and wellbeing goals so that you can feel comfortable and happy in your body again and gain freedom from the stress of chronic symptoms. Having suffered from many unexplained chronic symptoms, I know exactly how much they can get in the way of living a normal and enjoyable life. A personalised nutritional and lifestyle plan can help with that.

I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist and I support optimal gut health as a key foundation for total health. Impaired gut health and nutritional imbalances can affect every system within the body, impacting on your energy, hormones, gut, moods, appetite, immune health and much more. I use a holistic functional medicine approach, which aims to address the underlying imbalances in the body that may be driving your unexplained symptoms. I work on addressing the root cause of all your symptoms so that you can finally understand your body, eat well again and have a healthier mind and body.

I will listen to you fully, research your case thoroughly, support you wholeheartedly through the process of working together and help you support your body’s individual needs. I combine evidence-based nutrition with empathy and a real passion for unravelling complex cases.

I offer a 20-minute FREE no-obligation enquiry call to anyone that would like to find how we can work together to support your health.

If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have this medical condition, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.

Fees

I offer a 3-month support package which includes:

·         An initial deep-dive session which lasts 1.5 hours

·         3 x 60-minute follow-up sessions

·        In-between session email or telephone support

·        Research into your unique case and lab test interpretation where appropriate

Prior to the initial consultation, you will complete a food diary, health questionnaire and send me any test results you already have. This preparation allows me to identify areas of potential imbalance in the body and roots causes for us to explore in the session together.

In this initial session we will put together your initial health action plan consisting of:

  • Personalized dietary recommendations
  • Tailored supplement recommendations
  • Realistic and enjoyable lifestyle changes
  • An initial discussion around the root cause

Following the initial consultation, I will do a thorough analysis of your case and further research to provide you with an in-depth and personalised health strategy to address your specific goals.

Subsequent follow-up appointments are put in place to monitor progress, offer continued support, fine-tune your diet and supplement programme and discuss any further test results.

Testimonials:

"Claire has helped me enormously over the past few months. I suffered from frequent ear and throat infections all my adult life and never once considered that it could be connected to a dairy intolerance! Claire was very supportive and knowledgeable and gave me clear guidance on the steps needed to reduce my dairy intake. She also recommended vitamin supplements which, along with my new diet help ensure I’m not missing out on any vital nutrients. I would highly recommend Claire to anyone with specific goals as well as improve their overall health and wellbeing. She really has helped change my life for the better. Thank you, Claire!"

Rose, York, one to one client.

"Claire is the most approachable, friendly and understanding nutritionist I’ve ever met. She is very knowledgeable about many different supplements as well as nutrition. She has been able to make suggestions on how to heal my gut and how the gut biome works. She is always someone who can go to for any issues regarding my health and well being".

Ann-Marie, Bristol, one to one client.

For warm-delivered, effective and highly skilled nutritional expertise, I would whole-heartedly recommend Claire to any individual clients looking for support with complex health issues or for any talks or nutrition group support."
