I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist with a special interest in plant-predominate (i.e. WFPB, vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, Mediterranean, etc.) diets and gut health.
I offer flexible virtual nutrition coaching and apply a holistic approach to health which means taking into consideration your environment and lifestyle, as well as the food you eat.
I firmly believe it’s what you do consistently over time that matters – one food or meal doesn’t define your dietary pattern - so I help clients learn how to develop healthy eating behaviors that translate into life-long, sustainable habits.
Whether you're just curious about transitioning to a plant-based diet or already following one, I will meet you where you're at to develop a personalised strategy that will set you on the road to achieving optimal health.

I have a diploma in Nutritional Therapy and am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.

I consider continuing professional development to be an important part of my ongoing training to ensure that my academic and practical qualifications are up to date. I try to commit to one new training every quarter, and am currently completing the FODMAP Diet for IBS course online at Monash University.
I’m fully insured (globally), registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), and a full member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP).

The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners is the fastest growing body for practitioners of nutritional therapy in the UK. There are two types of membership: Full Member and Student Member.
Members must be insured, and agree to abide by the FNTP Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics and the Disciplinary & Complaints Procedure.

What to expect
If you would like to proceed, I will give you access to my client success platform (which is available as an app and via desktop) where you can book your session(s).
There will be some documents to complete as part of your registration and onboarding process and, depending on the service that suits your needs, you may also be asked to complete a food diary so I can carry out a detailed assessment and analysis of your current nutrition status.
During your initial consultation, we will review your concerns, pain points and barriers, and I will work with you to formulate a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan with actionable recommendations that you can begin to implement straight away.
After each session, you will receive all the resources you need to succeed (written protocols, handouts, worksheets, articles, recipes etc.), all of which is managed via my client success platform, so your information is held in one handy place for you to access any time.
If you have booked a package, I will check in with you each week to see how you're getting along with your protocols. Throughout your journey with me, you will have unlimited instant-message access to me (during working hours), so you can contact me to ask questions whenever you need.
Follow-up sessions usually take place every two weeks. These sessions are our opportunity to reassess and set new goals, where appropriate.
