About me

I support women who are struggling with their health, to reconnect with their bodies and lead vibrant lives free from pain and overwhelm. Combining orthodox medical knowledge and skills with complimentary skills and a functional medicine approach allows me to provide a truly holistic service.

My Philosophy

We are all unique; metabolically, physically, energetically and emotionally, which is why different approaches for optimising health work for each of us. Each of us has a different story.
With this in mind my aim is to help you find your own unique strengths, whilst supporting you on your journey to understand your own body.

My approach is a little unique; I combine all of my knowledge and skills to help you uncover the root cause of your symptoms, whether these be physical, emotional or energetic, providing an integrative approach to health. Together we nurture the whole of you, not just the symptoms you are experiencing.

I offer a range of approaches to support your mind, body and soul, including; nutrition and lifestyle medicine, spiritual and mindset coaching. All of my packages are bespoke and tailored to each individual. My philosophy is to encourage you to do more of what helps you feel energised and amazing, rather than avoiding and restricting.

If you are unsure about whether I could help, or whether we will work well together, I invite you to join me for an obligation free clarity call. Here we will chat about your concerns and you can ask any questions that you have.

Alternatively, if you have already decided that you would like to work with me, please give me a call or email me to discuss this further and how I can help you.
