About me

My name is Christine and thank you for clicking on my profile. I have been practising Nutritional Therapy since September, 1998 when I graduated. I trained for 3 years to achieve my Practitioner Diploma in Natural Nutrition and I continue to develop my skills by still attending seminars / lectures and courses so you can be assured that you are getting the most up to date and accurate advice and support from me.

How I Work

I work with a wide range of clients from children to adult and the elderly, everyone brings their own nutritional needs and end goals to sessions and I enjoy the variety and new challenges this brings to my work.

My aim is to make each one of my clients feel completely at ease so we can have an open relationship and you ca discus any worries or ailments with me.

The First Session

During the first consultation I take a full case history from you, this is where we will verbally discus your current nutritional status. During our first meeting I will also use Vega Testing for sensitivities and deficiencies in vitamins and minerals. I may then also recommend additional further tests if it is suitable for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with Barbara Wren at the College of Natural Nutrition, Regents College, gaining a Practitioners Diploma in Natural Nutrition. The course then was the last of the three year compulsory, and when I graduated in the Summer of 1998 I became a member of B.A.N.T. I recently transferred my membership to f.n.t.p.

I try to complete the 20 hours CPD each year to keep myself up to date, which includes courses in London periodically.

I research information from various options to give the best possible service to my clients. If required I refer them to other practitioners where appropriate.
