About me

I created The Fertility Kitchen to empower you to take ownership of your reproductive health. My practice focuses on root cause, individualised nutrition and optimal health to give you the best chance of conception and a healthy baby.

I work with a diverse range of clients, from those looking to optimise their preconception wellbeing, to helping clients with specific fertility issues, such as:

  • Unexplained
  • Recurrent pregnancy loss
  • Male factor
  • Immune dysfunction
  • Thyroid dysfunction
  • Endo
  • Premature ovarian insufficiency
  • Poor egg quality
  • Advanced maternal age
  • Assisted conception

My philosophy extends beyond food and nutrition to encompass the entire framework of your lifestyle and wellbeing. I provide evidence-based nutrition information along with the down-to-earth advice needed to implement it. I educate and empower you to take ownership of your reproductive health. I believe that food is the key to laying down the foundations for optimal fertility, IVF success and healthy pregnancy. Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

What is involved?

A bespoke written plan is not provided.

Follow-up appointments are recommended every 1-2 weeks to help keep you on track, maintain motivation and provide accountability. At these appointments, we revisit your goals and build on previous advice.
