About me

Fertility is deeply personal — so your support should be too.

I’m Charlotte, a registered nutritionist, fertility specialist and founder of The Fertility Kitchen. I help women and couples aged 35+ improve their chances of conception through personalised nutrition, lifestyle medicine and compassionate, evidence-based support.

I offer a one-to-one programme designed to uncover the root causes of your fertility challenges and give your body the best chance to conceive — naturally or through IVF.

My Bespoke Fertility Nutrition Programme is a three-month, fully tailored experience. You’ll receive expert consultations, functional test recommendations, a personalised Fertility Kitchen Food Plan and ongoing support between sessions — all delivered via your private client portal. You’ll also get complimentary access to The Fertility Kitchen Insiders recipe and meal planning membership throughout your programme.

This isn’t guesswork and it isn’t generic.
It’s science-backed, food-first and completely personalised to you.

If you're ready to take back control of your fertility, I’d love to support you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I’m the founder of The Fertility Kitchen, a BANT-registered nutritionist, author and fertility specialist with over a decade of experience in women’s health. I’m currently studying for a Masters in Nutritional Medicine at the University of Surrey, continually deepening my knowledge to better support my clients.

My approach is rooted not just in science, but in lived experience. After a five-year struggle to conceive my two sons — including IVF, pregnancy loss and transforming my own health — I retrained in nutrition to help other women take ownership of their fertility.

I specialise in personalised, evidence-based support for women and couples aged 35+, with a focus on preconception care, IVF preparation, hormone balance and optimising egg and sperm health.

Further information

I don’t offer single sessions — instead, I work with a small number of clients through my signature 3-month Bespoke Fertility Nutrition Programme.

At the heart of this approach is The Fertility Kitchen Three Pillar Plan — a 360° framework rooted in the three essential pillars of fertility: Fertility, Food and Life. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and build a tailored plan to move you forward with confidence.

You’ll receive expert guidance, functional testing recommendations and a bespoke strategy across nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation — all delivered with compassion, clarity and ongoing support.

Why the programme is so successful:

  • Science-Backed: Grounded in functional medicine and fertility nutrition research
  • Targeted: Based on your unique cycle, symptoms and test results
  • Tailored: Every recommendation is personalised to your lifestyle and goals
  • Supportive: You’ll be guided, encouraged and empowered—every step of the way
