About me

I work with people who are looking to improve their health through good nutrition.

Hormone balancing plus gastrointestinal issues are areas that I have extensive experience with over 20 years.

I work with people with weight issues and symptoms relating to hormone imbalance helping them regain their optimal health with personalised nutritional programmes. My 20 years experience has involved me working with people who have weight issues, feel burnt out, tired, irritable and not sure why, experience low mood, have unhappy digestion, feel their hormones are not balanced and generally not feeling as good as they should.

When working with people who have weight issues, adding health coaching makes all the difference, helping the person to keep on track.  I offer Personal Health Programmes of 10 weeks with coaching as this achieves the best results.

I see many people with an unhappy stomach, acid reflux, stomach cramps.  These issues can be resolved with a detailed food plan, bio-energetic health screening and/or laboratory testing if necessary, along with a full health history, to identify the cause.

My own personal journey in naturopathy and good nutrition started 25 years ago after having my first child who suffered continual ear infections - the cause was due to food, please see full story on my website.

Bio Energetic Health Screening is non invasive and detects imbalance in the body. Laboratory testing may also be required.

Treatment can include homeopathy and naturopathy to reach the optimal goal.  We will work out a personal treatment plan based on individual needs.

If you would like me to help you feel 20 years younger please call me for a free discussion on how I can help you.

Testimonials

“I have been seeing Catherine for around 2 months and during this time have noticed significant improvements in my physical health and wellbeing. At the initial appointment Catherine took the time to understand my whole situation and immediately spotted links between the different symptoms I was experiencing. She has provided a comprehensive nutrition, supplement and homeopathic remedy plan to target a variety of issues and has also encouraged me to try (and enjoy!) a variety of new foods to optimise my diet. I find my follow up appointments give me renewed focus each time and this is thanks to Catherine’s optimism and focus on her patients. I would highly recommended Catherine and the variety of services she offers; working with her has allowed me to take control of several health issues without the immediate need for medical intervention and I’m looking forward to continuing my health journey with her”.   E.S.
