About me

I'm a registered dietitian with over 17 years of experience supporting clients with their nutritional needs.  I specialise in women's health, specifically peri-menopause and menopause.  I'm passionate about supporting women to make long-lasting dietary changes for the benefit of their health.

As an expert freelance dietitian specialising in menopause, I am dedicated to guiding women through this transformative phase with tailored nutrition strategies and support. I understand the unique nutritional needs and challenges that accompany menopause, thereby providing personalised support to help women navigate this transition smoothly while optimising their well-being. I offer comprehensive support tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are experiencing bothersome symptoms such as hot flushes, weight gain, mood swings, or seeking to optimise your health during this transition, I am here to provide expert guidance and practical solutions.

I provide private individual consultations online via Zoom.  Following the completion of a pre-consultation client health questionnaire and food diary, I will undertake a full nutritional assessment to create a plan of action-orientated goals. I offer a range of packages to suit your budget and needs.  Book a free discovery call today.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
