About me
I'm a registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience supporting clients with their nutritional needs. I specialise in women's health and gut health. I'm passionate about supporting people to make long-lasting dietary changes for the benefit of their health.
I provide private individual consultations online via Zoom. Following completion of a client health questionnaire and food diary, I will undertake a full nutritional assessment to create a plan of action-orientated goals.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
