About me

Slow the effects of ageing by optimising your health and wellbeing.  Feel re-energised, focused and look fantastic.

The ageing process in inevitable but we can all take steps to limit the effect time has on our bodies. Lack of energy, weight gain, reduced mental focus and ill health do not need to be an inevitable result of ageing.

The rate at which we age is not just as a result of our genetic makeup. The way we live our lives including our diet impacts on how our genes express themselves.

With the right nutritional choices we can slow down the process and as a result feel energised, mentally sharp and looking youthful at every stage of our lives.

One size does not fit all when it comes to nutritional therapy and I will work with you to identify the root cause of any health concerns you may have.  I help you understand the complex series of interactions between the various systems of the body and how any underlying imbalances can impact your health and ageing, both in the short and long term.

I offer a free 20 minute introductory call to enable you to decide whether nutritional therapy is appropriate for your needs, before embarking on the one to one nutritional consultation process.
