Thank you for viewing my profile. I'm Carole Sandhu, a Registered Dietitian and specialist in women's health with over 25 years expertise. I help women manage new or existing health conditions such as IBS or Diabetes, recover from illness or achieve a sustainable weight so they can thrive in their careers, travel with ease, be active and enjoy daily life with confidence - without having to skip meals, follow restrictive diets, or second guess their food choices.
