About me

Hi my name is Camilla and I am a registered nutritionist specialising in gut health. I work from my private clinic near Chichester in West Sussex and online.

I help people regain control of their lives using targeted nutrition, functional testing and lifestyle coaching. With my programme, I show people that it’s possible to manage symptoms and get their life back.

I’m realistic and pragmatic in my approach and don’t expect you to live like a nun or monk in order to gain back your health. I promise that working with me will improve your social life, not restrict it!

I have been there myself and used targeted nutrition and lifestyle to turn my life around, I am passionate about helping others regain control of their health and their life.

I run monthly workshops and kombucha demonstrations, I hold talks for corporate clients and private groups.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

Here is a selection of client feedback;

“Prior to seeing Camilla I was suffering from stomach pains and cramps, bloating, needing to use the toilet frequently (with little or no warning), and general low mood as a result of these symptoms. In addition, I was troubled by constantly feeling lethargic and avoiding social situations due to my issues.

Camilla provided me with a detailed food plan, information about my condition and also suggestions of meals for when I am working and on the move.

Since working with Camilla I have noticed an enormous positive change. I am no longer suffering from symptoms and as a result, this has really improved my quality of life.

I’m really grateful to Camilla for her knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is experiencing dietary /health issues.”

Sam Lingham-Davies, West Sussex, Business Owner

“Camilla carried out a very in-depth analysis of my eating habits and emailed me the plan so I could refer back to it later. She explained it to me in a way that was easy for me to understand.

She sent me recipes and changes that I could start implementing that day that benefitted me instantly.

I would recommend her without hesitation.”

George Goldsmith-Cottrell, Brighton, Personal Trainer

“Camilla has been a massive help in supporting me to better understand my nutritional needs, with a specific emphasis on reducing my stress levels. She’s so supportive and informative, I really couldn’t recommend her any more highly.”
