Bethany Raven ~ Gut & Skin Health Nutritionist
Hi I'm Bethany, a qualified Nutritional Therapist helping people with chronic illness and skin conditions find the root cause of their symptoms and feel better for good!
If you struggle with weight issues or food sensitivities, maybe you're feeling tired all the time or struggling to get out of bed, or you're experiencing unexplained pain or mysterious skin issues... I can help you!
Get in touch for a FREE 20 minute initial phone call. This is your chance to ask any questions, clear up any confusion and to tell me about your symptoms.
Using an integrative and holistic mind body approach, I can help you to put the pieces together and get to the root cause of your symptoms to start addressing why or how they appeared. My approach achieves long term whole body results, taking into consideration diet, sleep, stress, budget, mindset and connection.
I want to help you thrive as a person and be the best that you can be.
As a Nutritional Therapist, I help you to work on your health goals and makes long lasting sustainable changes to your health (and ultimately your life) so that you can experience the freedom that excellent health brings. My main goal as a practitioner, is to be guided by your biggest wishes and to teach and support you on your journey to obtaining them, and I do this in variety of ways.
First - a comprehensive case history all about you, from birth to now looking at each symptom and each body system in detail. We then create a timeline of your life so far so we can piece the jigsaw puzzle pieces together and look at why you have started experiencing the symptoms you are today.
Second - analysing your food and lifestyle diary to see what you're eating and drinking, how you're sleeping, what your energy levels are like throughout the day.
Third - assessing and analysing conventional and functional testing e.g. blood work, urine tests, scans, and stool tests, hormone panels
Fourth - creating a personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan just for you that is completely tailored to your needs, goals, lifestyle and budget
My passion for nutrition came from my own personal health struggles coupled with a belief that I could feel better and that the answers I was getting from doctors were not what I was willing to live with. I knew there was more that could be done. Hope that healing is possible is something that remains a key belief within me to this day, and I hope to ignite that in my clients too.
I trained to become a Nutritional Therapist for 3 years because it all started to 'make sense' to me. Health isn't one dimensional and something that can be assessed in a 15 minute chat. Health encompasses your whole being including stress, sleep, support, food intake and relationship with food, outlook, purpose.
I run an online clinic via video call or telephone and work with clients for 1-2-1 consultations as well delivering talks and workshops.
If you are looking to work with a practitioner who has experience and a true understanding of gut and skin issues then I can help! Please message me if you would like to discuss how I can help, I look forward to hearing from you.
