Alongside commitment and motivation, regular nutritional therapy sessions aim to provide the support you need to bring your health back to balance.
As you begin changing food, diets and eating habits, it is important to be fully supported on a regular basis. As a Nutritional Therapist, I support you as symptoms change throughout your nutritional journey. In most cases this requires a minimum of 3 sessions with follow ups as and when required.
If you have the budget to spend on further testing, this can hugley help the process of understanding the root driver of your health symptoms and means we can create a plan which aims to be more focused on exactly what you need.

I became interested in nutrition after a long period of high intensity athletics training. I realised how depleted and undernourished my body was, my digestion and energy levels were severely affected, this, in turn, affected my mental health. Through my own journey with nutritional health therapy and lots of my own research, has given me knowledge and experience in dealing with reproductive system imbalances.
I have always had a strong motivation to want to understand why my body was struggling so much and educate myself in how I could regain wellness once more. This led me to complete my 3 year diploma with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol. I now take an active role in engaging with new and up to date nutritional health research by being a member of IHCAN and Weston A Price Foundation, both of which provide research based referenced information on all health conditions. I also attend regular talks and webinars as part of my continued professional development.
Alongside nutritional therapy, I also work as a gardener training in sustainable landwork. I feel the importance of learning the emotional connection to food, understanding where and how it is grown. I am passionate about understanding why it is important to nourish our soils so we can be supporting local farms to grow whole foods which can support our health. Connecting with nature is integral for our wellbeing. Where appropriate, I work with this in my practice.
I have a particular interest in how best to work with you to provide a motivational platform for change. I have trained in motivational interviewing, specifically to support you to make the changes you need. This is your journey.
