About me
I am a Belgian Nutritional Therapist with a focus on digestive and endocrine health.
My approach blends science-based nutrition with a deep understanding of the body's natural rhythms, helping my clients restore balance, energy, and lasting well-being.
Not understanding what’s going on in your body isn’t the end - it’s the beginning of taking ownership of your health. I know how frustrating it is to feel unheard or stuck without answers. I’ve been there.
But with the right tools and guidance, you can get to the root cause of what’s holding you back - and finally start feeling like yourself again.
Because symptoms like bloating, fatigue, mood swings or hormonal changes are not “normal.” They can be signals. And together, we can listen, understand, and heal.
Areas I support with:
While I work across a wide range of health concerns, I have a particular focus on digestive and hormonal health - the true foundations of our vitality, mood, and long-term wellbeing.
These are also the areas where my own health challenges began, and what initially sparked my passion for nutrition. Experiencing first-hand the frustration of not finding answers through conventional medicine led me to explore root-cause, holistic approaches - an experience that now deeply informs the way I support my clients.
From gut imbalances and fatigue to hormonal fluctuations, weight struggles or burnout, my aim is always the same: to understand what’s really going on underneath the surface, and help you rebuild balance - physically, mentally and emotionally.
Digestive Health: A healthy gut is the foundation of overall well-being. Using functional testing and detailed symptom analysis, I identify root causes like dysbiosis, enzyme deficiencies, or intestinal permeability (leaky gut). I then guide clients through targeted and sustainable strategies to restore digestive balance and support nutrient absorption.
Hormonal Health & Metabolic Balance: Hormones affect everything - from mood and energy to weight and fertility. Whether it’s irregular periods, sugar cravings, weight gain, or cycle disruption, I help you understand how these symptoms are connected to deeper endocrine imbalances - and create a plan to support hormonal harmony naturally.
Nervous System & Energy Regulation: Some symptoms often reflect dysregulation of the nervous system, adrenal stress, or poor resilience to daily stressors. My approach aims to restore calm, improve sleep quality, and rebalance energy production by supporting the body’s stress response and nervous system recovery.
Immune & Autoimmune Support: My role is to help uncover what’s triggering the immune response - whether it’s a food sensitivity, toxin, or gut-related issue - and to calm the body through strategic, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes. The goal is to reduce flare-ups and support the immune system in achieving greater balance.
Training, qualifications & experience
After over three years as a corporate lawyer in Brussels and London, I followed my true calling: helping others feel their best through nutrition.
Even during my legal career, I spent my free time studying alternative health:
- training in L'Alimentation Vivante in Belgium;
- exploring Ayurveda in India; and
- deepening my knowledge at Le Cordon Bleu in London.
The turning point came during the pandemic, when I fully committed to retraining at CNM London, one of the most respected schools of naturopathic medicine. Over three years, I developed a science-based, holistic approach to health - combining biomedicine, nutrition, and a deep understanding of how the body truly works. I graduated with Distinction in 2024.
Today, I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and the Institut Européen de Diététique et Micronutrition (IEDM). I actively engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD), regularly updating my knowledge through advanced training and research to stay at the forefront of the field.
I am insured to practice in the UK and Europe.

Understanding certain imbalances and identifying the root cause can require several adjustments and analyses, which can only be achieved through a follow-up of two to three consultations.
Regarding the initial consultation, it involves approximately 6 hours of personalised work to analyse your situation, design a tailored plan, and ensure high-quality follow-up.
Here is everything included in this consultation:
- An in-depth preparation and analysis before your consultation: detailed intake forms are sent in order to gather information on your medical history, eating habits, health goals, etc.
- A thorough discussion of 60 min to refine the analysis and a detailed assessment of key aspects: health-related symptoms, digestive system, nervous system, hormonal balance, and lifestyle habits (sleep, mood, exercise, etc)
- The development of your personalised therapeutic plan: a fully customised program based on your specific needs and the latest research in nutritional therapy. This therapeutic plan will be sent to you via email. You will have the time to read it carefully and we will take the time to discuss it with you, as well as any questions you may have (through the call mentioned in point 8)
- GP consultant letters, as required
- Referrals to other health practitioners, as required
- Personalised, high-quality supplement recommendations when appropriate – with exclusive access to preferred pricing
- Functional testing may be recommended if relevant (such as stool, blood, urine, or allergy testing). These may incur additional costs, and some may be available through your GP. Thanks to my partnerships with leading laboratories, some private tests are available at preferential rates
- A discussion over the phone about the therapeutic plan (30 min)
- Some further tools, tips, tricks and educational material to help you implement the recommendations easily and sustainably, customised to your goals, needs and preferences.

Further information
My approach:
Before becoming a nutritional therapist, I worked as a corporate lawyer, which has shaped the way I practice today. This experience gave me a sharp analytical mindset, a pragmatic approach, and a deep appreciation for research-based solutions - skills I now bring into every consultation.
All of my recommendations are fully personalised and designed to address the root causes of your symptoms. They are grounded in the latest scientific research in nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
For me, taking ownership of your health is one of the most empowering decisions you can make. It means becoming actively involved in understanding your body, your needs, and the factors that influence your well-being.
By taking charge, you move from being a passive recipient of care to someone who proactively seeks out the best solutions for your health.
True health ownership is about recognizing that you are the expert of your own body and embracing the responsibility to nurture and care for it.
