Atiya Khan BSc (Hons), PGCE, Dip. CNM, mBANT, CNHC, mIFM
I'm Atiya, a Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath and Yoga Teacher practising online, in Bristol and Madrid.
I love to help people like you who are interested in healthy eating but not sure what works for you or how to stick with it! There is a lot of conflicting and confusing information on the internet. You may be trying to find a solution for issues with your digestion and/or want to lose some weight and I am committed to helping you with this.
My passion is using food and lifestyle to help you feel at your best. I will listen to you, ask you questions and advise on addressing your issues, using my scientific and holistic approach.
- Want a balanced diet?
- Feel tired all time?
- Have sugar or other food cravings?
- Get bloating, gas or need to burp a lot?
- Find it hard to lose or keep the same weight?
- Want advice on going vegetarian or vegan?
I can help you feel better in addressing these issues. I aim to find the cause of your issues (using testing, where necessary) and work with you in agreeing a food and lifestyle plan that is achievable and realistic. I use food as a medicine, advising on particular foods to support your individual needs, as each person is unique.

'I would recommend seeing Atiya not only if they have a health problem but also to understand how to optimise body function in a busy lifestyle. Nutritional therapy helps you to make the right choices for yourself so that you don’t need the supermarkets of businesses in the food industry to do it for you, those are designed to make profits and not to keep you healthy.' Sarah, Bristol
“Thank you so much Atiya. I really feel like you’ve helped me make some long lasting positive changes”. Mary, Bristol
'I had been suffering from severe fatigue after contracting a particularly virulent virus. I was constantly tired and felt exhausted. I thought that my diet was pretty good as I`m interested in health foods, but wanted to seek some advice to improve it to make absolutely sure that I was getting everything my body needed nutritionally.
Over a period of around 3 months my health has significantly improved following the plan that Atiya set out. I have significantly more energy and feel stronger and lighter, I'm also enjoying preparing and cooking a wider range of foods which I enjoy.
Is a very worthwhile exercise as part of a holistic overhaul of health, lifestyle and personal growth.' John, Bristol
