I'm Atiya, a Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath and Yoga Teacher practising online, in Bristol and Madrid.
I love to help people like you who are interested in healthy eating but not sure what works for you or how to stick with it! There is a lot of conflicting and confusing information on the internet. You may be trying to find a solution for issues with your digestion and/or want to lose some weight and I am committed to helping you with this.
My passion is using food and lifestyle to help you feel at your best. I will listen to you, ask you questions and advise on addressing your issues, using my scientific and holistic approach.

'I had been suffering from severe fatigue after contracting a particularly virulent virus. I was constantly tired and felt exhausted. Training, qualifications & experience
I have a degree in Biochemistry & Biological Chemistry (University of Nottingham, 2002), and previously worked as a solicitor in London and primary school teacher in Bristol. I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2015 and as a Naturopath in 2017 with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). I am also a Graduate of the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice course (2018).
I am an experienced Nutritional Therapist and qualified Clinical Supervisor, having assisted supervising second year students for over 100 hours.
I am registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapy and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
I see clients individually, run online courses, teach yoga, run health retreats and health talks. I previously worked at health retreat centre.
I am also a health writer and have had articles published by CNM, local health food shop Wild Oats, Natural Lifestyle Magazine, Bristol Bite Magazine and other publications. I am a Feature Writer for BANT, writing technical papers for other practitioners. I have also featured on local BBC Radio Bristol.
I am passionate about keeping up to date with the latest scientific research, and regularly undertake continuous professional development (CPD) training in varied topics. Recent topics included Nutrigenomics, Aging, Liver Detoxification and Gut Health.
