About me

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Orthomolecular Consultant (which addresses toxicity, damage and imbalances at a cellular level).

I work with clients to achieve optimal wellness, including energy, gut functioning, hormonal balancing, weight management, sports performance and mood improvements.
Our lifestyles and the current stretch on the healthcare system has led to a growing number of people experiencing poor health and disease, often for months and years without seeing improvements.

Using Nutritional Science, we will identify the underlying factors behind your health problems and implement achievable tactics to address them. This includes looking at nutrient imbalances, hormonal disruptions, genetic predisposition, and diet, alongside any necessary testing (food intolerances, hormone levels, gut functioning and parasitology).

Having a background in Psychology as well as Nutrition, I support clients to identify and address their health concerns, goals, and necessary adjustments to improve their wellbeing. I work alongside clients to improve their wellbeing in a realistic and sustainable way, and have seen many clients take back control of their health, confidence, and zest for life through doing so.

I am a firm believe that food, and life itself, is to be enjoyed. Nutritional Therapy should enhance this experience, not limit it.

I am fully qualified, insured and accredited with the relevant health governing bodies.

I offer a free 10 minute discovery call, to discuss any questions you may have and explain how Nutritional Therapy can support you.
