Atavia Minoudis Orthomolecular Nutritional Therapy Consultant DipCNM, ANP, GNc
Did you know that ill health derives from damaged and diseased cells?
The human body is made up of 15 TRILLION of them. From our blood to our skin, every part of our body is comprised of cells.
The average human is exposed to 700,000 cell damaging toxic chemicals every single day- in perfumes, household cleaning products, plastic food containers and cosmetics to name but a few.
These toxins can cause cell damage or mutations, resulting in cellular dysfunction and subsequent symptoms ranging from hormonal imbalances to gut problems.
Orthmolecular Nutritional Therapy focuses not on only managing the symptoms of ill health, but on detoxifying and correcting this damage, therefore encouraging self- healing of the body.
This goes much deeper than just food, although this is integral in a healthy body and mind. It also seeks to understand your unique biological markers, toxin exposure and symptom triggers, and equip you with the armour your body needs to protect itself from further damage.
In clinic I work with individuals to identify the above, implementing unique evidenced based protocols to support you back to optimal health.
Living a life of 'dis- ease' should not be the norm. Chronic bloating, UTI's, low mood, and other issues do not have to be something you just 'put up with'.
I use Nutritional Science to identify triggers for ill health, understanding what might be keeping you stuck, and creating an evidence based therapeutic plan to tackle these issues and restore you back to full health.
Although the body wants to work in synchronicity, with each area influencing the other, issues can arise when something knocks the body's natural rhythms out of sync. Be it trauma, poor diet, injury, stress, deficiencies, high toxic load, disrupted microbiome, poor detoxification abilities, or genetics.
I work realistically with clients, implementing science based targeted interventions that are sustainable that do not limit your enjoyment of food.
I am a firm believe that food, and life itself, is to be enjoyed. Nutritional Therapy should enhance this experience, not limit it.
I work with people of all age ranges and life circumstances, to ensure you never have to endure the frustrations of not understanding your own body's needs again.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
From £65.00 to £80.00
Free initial telephone session
I offer a range of services.
Initial consultations involve completing a comprehensive health questionnaire to identify bodily systems under stress and nutrient imbalances, as well as an in depth face to face or telephone assessment, and an individual Nutritional Therapy Plan, alongside any suggestions for supplements or functional testing
Follow Up Consultations
Follow ups involve completing a re evaluation of the health goals you initially presented with, as well as any change in symptoms and challenges or improvements you have noticed. It also involves an appointment to discuss these more in depth. This will then be followed by any further recommendations in an updated Nutritional Therapy Plan.
Acute appointments are 15- 20 minute appointments for any client who has had an initial consultation. They can be utilised for acute onset symptoms (such as UTI's, food poisoning, rashes, seasonal allergies), or other enquiries or general advice (such as supplement queries).
3 Month Package
Results are best achieved when engagement is maintained over a sustained period. Changes and improvements over several months allows the body to heal and rebalance, following the natural cycle of creation of new blood cells.
3 month packages include an Initial Consultation, Nutritional Therapy Plan, follow up & coaching sessions, supplement & functional testing recommendations and meal plans.
