Atavia Minoudis Nutritional Therapist, BSc, DipCNM, mANP, CNHC
Nutritional Therapist & Psychology & Counselling Graduate offering holistic support to clients with all areas of health and wellbeing.
Specialising in: Mood Disorders, Fatigue, Low Immunity, Sleep Disturbances.
I believe that the body wants to work in synchronicity; each area influencing the other. Issues can arise when something knocks the body's natural rhythms out of sync; be it trauma, poor diet, injury, stress or genetic influences.
I work with clients on a one to one basis, on a short or long term basis, to identify individual health problems and ambitions for the future. Having worked in the field of mental health and substance use for many years, I value the importance of working closely with clients and building a genuine therapeutic relationship.
As well as Nutritional Therapy, I implement Psycho-Social skills such as Counselling Skills and Motivational Interviewing. These transferrable skills can further encourage a positive working relationship, and remedy mental or behavioural barriers to changing behaviour an achieving optimal health.
I also offer coaching sessions, which aim to improve areas of health (weight, fitness, etc.) more generally, rather than focusing on specific issues in depth.
