About me
Hey, my name is Asher and I'm a BASES registered Sports & Exercise Nutritionist. I am fascinated by food, human biology and dietetics and how all these work together to enhance health and performance. As a qualified professional, I use evidence based data and a personalised approach to assess and provide guidance to support a healthy lifestyle and achieve your goals!
I work with all types of people who are interested in maximising performance and maintaining overall health. I am trained to give nutrition and lifestyle interventions to support all weight and endurance sports. Whether you want some help to get in shape, or you're aiming to increase your personal best, or you want to know you are eating the right nutrition to complement an already established routine, my services are right for you. I am also qualified to work with professional athletes.
We will start with a 10 minute discovery call to ascertain your goals and any other key information. From there we will book an online consultation for me to be able to get to know your health background and your goals, to deliver a personalised diet plan to guide you to success.
So whether you work within sport, or you want to support your daily activity, or achieve an overall healthier lifestyle, or for a boost in body confidence my services can help support you.

Testimonials
Asher has worked two years running with the degree course at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition leading a teaching day on anthropometric testing. Every step of the way he has been professional, expert and engaging. Asher clearly knows his area of expertise and can practise and teach it to others.
- Emma Birdwood Latter Assistant Head BSc Nutritional Therapy at Institute for Optimal Nutrition, London
I worked with Asher for 12 weeks with the aim of improving my diet to benefit my training in the gym. He provided me with specific nutritional targets to hit and did a great job educating me on why these targets were important. We met up regularly to monitor my progress and were always in contact to see how I was getting on each week. With Asher’s help, my progress accelerated in that time and I exceeded my short-term goals in the gym through controlling my diet to give my body what it needed.
