About me

There is often times a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what's good for our bodies, but we don't always act accordingly.

Here we aim to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual's unique circumstances.

Whether it is weight management (weight loss or weight gain), managing a dietary condition, or developing a healthy relationship with food, I offer a variety of services designed to meet your needs.

The main force behind this is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals. Whether you are seeking help with disease prevention, or any pathological condition, each client is individually evaluated and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive plan they can follow.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
