About me

Nutritional Therapy for Autoimmune Wellness

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) with a deep passion for supporting individuals with autoimmune conditions, I provide personalised, root-cause-focused nutrition plans to help you regain balance and improve overall well-being.

Using a holistic, bio-individual approach, I assess key factors such as gut health, nutrient deficiencies, blood sugar balance, and lifestyle habits to create sustainable strategies tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and practical tools so you can nourish your body, optimise your immune system, and restore vitality.

Whether you are dealing with Hashimoto’s, lupus or another autoimmune condition, I offer evidence-based guidance, compassionate support, and practical solutions to help you thrive.

Let’s work together to create a personalized roadmap to better health—one that respects your body’s unique needs and helps you feel your best every day.

I have a lot of personal experience with autoimmune conditions, and mine have been in remission for 15 years, since I studied Nutrition!

Book a consultation today and lets start this journey together!
