About me

I’m Antje, Registered Nutritional Therapist and Coach. I focus on helping my clients regain their energy and resilience by improving their gut and hormonal health.

I work with men and women aged 40 and above who experienced brain fog, fatigue, bloating, acid reflux, weight gain and hormonal imbalances, often due to underlying autoimmune disorders. It has been a truly rewarding experience to witness the transformation my clients go through. As a result of my work, they develop a deep understanding of what food can do for them, build resilience and feel in charge of their bodies and their lives again.

We are all unique individuals with our own personal health history and genetic make-up. That is why my personalised, evidence-based approach to Nutritional Therapy, which is based on the Functional Medicine model and informed by functional testing, is so powerful as it looks at the root causes of my clients’ health concerns. My specialist training in NLP coaching allows me to provide the support, accountability and motivation needed to get their edge back.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University. I also hold an MSc from London Business school, am a Certified Practitioner in the Art of Neurolinguistic Programming, and a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) as well as an Associate Memeber of the Royal Society of Medicine.
