About me

I am a nutritional therapist having a real passion for foods.
I discovered nutrition through working in health food stores – which is how my health journey started. I was continuously expanding my knowledge of nutrition, phytotherapy, different types of foods and sports nutrition. My job became my passion and my lifestyle. After making changes to my own diet and lifestyle the difference was incredible. I began exploring fermented foods as a way to address gut-related health issues, I switched to a gluten-free diet and reaped the benefits when my chronic condition went into remission.

I use nutrition to give you the power to change your life for the positive and optimize your health. My practice is also based on functional medicine approach which means that I will typically use functional tests (blood, urine, stool, saliva) in order to assess your imbalances that could be at the root of your health issues.
The first step is always a detailed consultation taking a thorough medical and life history. This will help me understand what has led to the current set of symptoms.

My consultations take place face to face in:
- Northwood, The Northwood Club
- Finchley Road, HARA Health
- Virtual practice (Online & Telephone) This can be done via platforms like Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or any other instant messenger services that have a secure connection.
Less of time is required as you will not need to add on travel time.
You can have your session in your own, comfortable environment.
If mobility is a big issue and you cannot get to the clinic in person.

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT), I also have access to full laboratory testing if needed. This includes testing for food sensitivities, comprehensive gut testing, hormonal and adrenal function, toxic metals, organic acids and nutritional analyses. Many of these tests can be done from home, independent laboratories or in conjunction with your GP and are also appropriate for children.

I commonly see patients who are also under the care of their GP or hospital consultant and taking prescribed medication.

I believe in addition to quality nutrition that massage can help with both physical and psychological stressors. I am trained and accredited in ITEC level 3 holistic body massage.

I offer small / medium group workshops on fermentation. I teach how to make different types of sauerkraut & kefirs and explain the health benefits of these live foods.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold several industry Certificates and Nutritional Therapy Diploma from College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). I continue with my professional development (CPDs) and I have been attending various courses, workshops, conferences, and events to enhance my skills and become more proficient in my career.

I am a registered member of British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT), Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CHNC)

Here is a selection of feedback comments received:

''Anna is the best consultant I have found, I did my research and asked the college of naturopathic medicine and I thank them to put Anna on the list of a few consultants they recommended.
She is competent, thorough and caring, she has not only helped me, also my mother, father and sister, there is a huge value for education and knowledge that she puts in front of the me, one example: she provides the reason why some symptoms appear and how to deal with them. I am very grateful, thank you Anna.''
Leila, Kings Langley

Anna has helped me with my health, she is passionate about what she does and that reflects on the results. She listens and adapts to your needs, she does a great amount of research to ensure you get the best recommendations for what you need. I trust her because I know she prescribes what is best for me, not what's going to give her the highest commission, she has great work ethics, well worth the money.
Raquel, London

''I came across Anna 4months ago, as I was in search of someone who would help me in my journey to heal. I had a really positive experience in meeting Anna, as she guided me through my test results. She is very knowledgable, thorough, patient and has pin pointed focus areas that need attention, and even recommending useful tests I should complete. Although recommendations are never going to be 100% accurate first time, we are getting to granular areas of focus following close analysis of test results to begin my healing journey. This is only after 2 visits. I have noticed a big turnaround already, which has positively impacted my career as well as allowing me to feel more at ease with life generally. I like Anna's customised approach and genuine conern for the individuals wellbeing. I have seen many practioners in the past but none compare to Anna, I would highly recommend her if you want to begin the journey of healing.''
Ricky, London.

''I contacted Anna about the juice workshop that she provides through her service workshops and I got an immediate response back. She told me exactly what was going to happen that day and she answered all of my questions. She is a very good nutritional therapist as she gave me additional information which would help me after the workshop has finished. The workshop has improved my diet a lot since and given me additional knowledge. I would recommend other people searching for a nutritional therapist to contact Anna. Thank you Anna.''
Terry, London

Thank you Anna for improving my health when doctors turned me away and told me to ‘just live with it’. Your knowledge and expertise are great. Without your help, I would still be suffering. Your kind, professional and level-headed approach is the perfect combination and I’m so glad I met you. I highly recommend a visit to Anna."
Michelle, London

"I cannot thank you enough for your advice and knowledge and the difference it has made to how I and all those feel – physically & mentally who you're helping. Your true passion and steady self-improvement make you a genuine recommendation."
Madeline, Pinner

''Anna is a wonderful person and very competent nutritional therapist. Her huge knowledge and an open mind built my trust straight away. She helped my 11 years old son with IBD. With her advice and recommendation my son has managed to escape serious operation. He leads a normal life, he goes to school and he is an active child. She always stays in regular contact with us and she answers all the questions. Grateful Mum.''
EDYTA, Northwood

''For a year I've been suffering from bad skin, bloated stomach, and sluggish digestion and felt tired all the time. I turned my heart to Anna who helped me with my symptoms and also made a diet plan for me with do and don't food list, supplements, I followed her diet plan for 3 months and the result was amazing. Bloating improved dramatically my energy level improved and skin looked clearer. I would definitely recommend Anna her knowledge is absolutely amazing and she's so passionate about what she does.
NAILA, London

''I met Anna over two years ago when I had recently been diagnosed with advanced non-Hodgkins lymphoma. I felt scared and lonely. By taking the time to speak to me, she changed my life and approach to my condition. She gave me invaluable advice about the changes I should make to my diet, including juicing and sent me lots of information. She also referred me to specialized centres for advice. She is a kind, gentle person who genuinely cares about people's health and goes out of her way to help them. To me, she is an angel sent from above to help me when I was at my lowest point. I really don't know where I would be now if it wasn't for Anna's guidance. Thank you Anna, for everything.''
