Anna Pugh is a qualified, professional nutritionist. She offers one to one consultations both in her Bedford clinic and over the phone. She also works within companies as a nutritional consultant offering both lectures and individual consultations. Seeking to address the cause of symptoms as well as easing presenting symptoms she works alongside GPs in a supportive role.
Treatment is through adjustments to food intake, however supplements may be suggested as targeted therapy if there is sufficient diagnostic evidence of their specific need. Every nutritional programme devised is specific to each individual who brings a unique set of requirements to the consultation.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
