About me
I'm a professionally registered Nutritional Therapist working in the West Sussex area. I practice nutritional therapy in Horsham, but I also offer virtual consultations via Skype for those who are not local to my area. I’m also available for home visits within a 10-mile radius.
My approach to nutritional therapy
It’s very simple. I work with individuals on a one-to-one basis to improve and maintain their optimum level of health and wellbeing through the use of personalised and tailored nutritional advice.
I don’t use a one-size fits all approach. I believe that everyone is different, therefore, the plans I put together are based on your individual circumstances and what you are hoping to achieve. With my support, I’ll equip you with the right knowledge which will enable you to make nutritional and lifestyle changes – these will always be realistic and achievable. I’ll show you that it is possible to enjoy food in a healthy and balanced way.
