About me

Hello there, I'm Anna and I am so glad we have found each other.

Women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s choose to work with me because they have spent years struggling with their symptoms, often not knowing that they can feel any better, or trying to figure things out for themselves, not wanting to admit they need help. Most often because they didn't prioritise their well-being, which eventually led them to burnout and countless health issues.

Following my very own experiences, and other women that I've worked with, just like yourself,  there comes a point where we open ourselves up for a change, a beautiful transformation.

I can help you and support you step by step on this beautiful journey to make your health and life what you want it to be.

So, let’s talk about you...

Do you ever find yourself asking these questions?

"Why can't I lose weight despite all my attempts of eating well, exercising, and trying different diets?"

"Why do I feel bloated/constipated all the time?"

"Why can't I get pregnant?"

"Why are my periods so irregular, painful, and heavy?"

"How come I feel so exhausted every day?"

"Is there anything I can do to stop being so moody before my period? It affects the people around me..."

"How come that no matter what I do, I can't shed the baby weight?"

"How/What to eat on a vegan/vegetarian diet?"

You are not alone. I'VE GOT YOU!

It's going to be OK, you are no way the only woman feeling it.
And here is the good news...
You are in the right place.
Because I am going to help you to restore the peace in your body and mind so that you can stop just surviving each day, and begin THRIVING.

When you're healthy, you have the energy to work towards your dreams and to flourish in life.
Let me guide you on YOUR journey to achieve optimal health.

MY APPROACH:

I listen to YOUR story. Then, I support you on your healing journey in a professional and compassionate way.

As a Nutritional Therapist, I use a holistic, personalised, and realistic nutrition plans to address your symptoms and to ensure we get the best results possible.

I do not use a 'one size fits all' approach.

I've struggled with severe hormonal imbalances through my 20's and I have regained my health after implementing nutritional and lifestyle adjustments. This experience initiated my personal interest in female hormonal health.

KIND WORDS FROM MY CLIENT (you can find more on my website):

"Anna was deeply invested in solving my issues. She is a great listener and a very empathetic person so I found it easy to speak with her about my problem. She put a lot of effort to find a solution which is not only effective but also goes well with my lifestyle and food preferences -  I really appreciate this as making changes to habits you have for years can be a challenge. Overall it was a very good experience and helped me in making a more conscious diet and lifestyle choices."

"Anna is an expert in her field with a lot of passion.  She's kind, warm and she presents a very high level of empathy.  I felt listened to by her at our consultation. I didn’t feel judged or criticized by Anna. She can quickly build an atmosphere of mutual trust.  She is always looking for alternatives to help and she broadens her knowledge by participating in various training and conferences. She does not reject patients with unusual problems and she is very committed to helping. I'd definitely recommend her."
