Anna Kitt, Consultant Dietitian & Nutritionist
The York Clinic
296 Tadcaster Road
My focus is on providing practical lifestyle solutions that are simple and easy to follow.
It can be difficult to tell what's right and wrong when it comes to healthy eating. The media encourages dieting and research shows conflicting information about nutrition and health. But healthy eating doesn't have to be confusing. By meeting with me, I will dispel any nutrition myths and provide health advice through a non-diet approach.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Kings College London in 2001, and gained a MSc in Public Health Nutrition at Southampton University in 2003.
I have worked in a variety of positions both within the NHS, and Department of Health.
Throughout my career I have continued to build my skills and expertise in nutrition, and health.
