About me

I am Angharad Davies, a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, located in Cardiff, Wales. I am passionate about optimising health through the power of nutrition and believe that when we are provided with the tools to make simple changes to our diet and lifestyle, these factors can become sustainable, daily habits that can bring a lifetime of good health.

Your health and wellbeing is my priority and this is why my approach is based on your individual needs rather than a ‘one size fits all’. My training uses the principles of Functional Medicine to identify the root cause of ill health, this allows for a personalised health programme based on your needs and requirements.

During my clinical practice, I have seen the benefits that nutritional therapy can have on a wide range of health concerns and can help support the following:

- optimal health and vitality
- improve mood and help manage your response to stress
- improve your energy and balance blood sugar levels
- support hormonal balance

Whether your focus is to enhance your health and wellbeing or perhaps you need a little extra support to manage a chronic health condition, I offer a free 20 minute discovery call which gives us an opportunity to discuss your health concerns and identify whether Nutritional Therapy can benefit you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I studied Nutritional Therapy with clinical practice at BCNH.

Since qualifying I have supported numerous individuals with a wide variety of health issues to improve their health and wellbeing.
