About me

My Ethos

Angela sees optimal health as a state of deep nourishment, where the body, mind and soul are all receiving the care and attention they need. In this state a sense of well being and vitality is present along with the resilience to face the challenges that arise.

Applying the naturopathic principles Angela will guide you on your diet as well as lifestyle choices. Creating a system of eating that will rid the body of any nutritional imbalances, allow the body to heal itself without foreign substances and encourage a deeper relationship with your body, mind and soul.

What to expect

Every person will receive an individualised treatment plan catered specifically to their needs. No two people are exactly alike and so no two treatment plans are the same. Your plan will depend on your specific current health concerns, your general health history, your tolerances and intolerances and what you have the ability to do at home as well as in the office. I will follow and guide you with as much as you can manage at a time. She works together with allopathic doctors depending on the disease and situation of the client.

The initial appointment will be an in depth 90 minute consultation and the follow up appointment will be a month - 6 weeks later for 60 minutes.

Training, qualifications & experience

Angela trained for 5 years with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She qualified as a Nutritionist, Naturopath, and Herbalist.

Through my experience working in a busy clinic, I help clients on a one to one basis while through public talks and lectures, I deliver up to date information and inspirational material to larger groups. This includes keeping up to date with the latest products on offer and recommending suitable supplements and herbs to clients. All treatment plan suggestions are evidence-based as well as being registered with various associations such as:

  • (BANT) British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional therapy.
  • (CNHC) Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
  • (AMH) Association of Master herbalists.
  • (URHP) Unified Register of Herbal Practitioners.
  • (ANP) Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.

What others have said

"I consulted Angela about a problem I’d tolerated for years and on which I’d spent a significant amount of money. Within a week of following her advice, I had considerable improvement. That sounds like “magic” or too good to be true.

But why it worked so well is because Angela gave practical advice - things I could do or change - to help myself. She had not given a list of supplements to buy, which was kind of what I expected! She had paid detailed attention to my diet and living style and based her recommendations on that.

Angela’s consultations are full of laughs and smiles. She illustrates her advice with stories, drawings, anecdotes - which all helps you to remember what she said. I’ve been given the knowledge, printed materials and recommendations to ensure that my improvement is permanent.  Thanks, Angela, for all your consideration."
