Angela Goutkin, BSc, DipION, Registered Nutritionist mBANT, CNHC

Gerrards Cross SL9 & London NW1

About me

I am qualified and registered nutritional therapist CNHC / MBANT, and I practice in accordance with the regulatory body code of practice.

I provide one-to-one nutritional consultations, educational talks, workshops, coaching and advice for private and corporate clients. I can also provide bespoke nutrition based corporate well-being group programmes and nutritional audit of food outlets.

When did you last feel 100%?

Nutrition is fundamental in protecting our bodies from disease and maximising our health. However, it can also cause damage to our health by compromising our natural biological pathways and cellular structure. You truly are what you eat, as nutrients act as building blocks for our cells, organs, hormones and neurotransmitters. By influencing your nutrients intake, you can influence the way your body functions.

I believe that I can make a real difference to your life by applying scientific and evidence based nutritional advice in helping you to achieve your health goals. We will agree a personalised programme that fits in with your lifestyle, budget and dietary preferences. The programme will include the following:

- An explanation of how your eating habits and lifestyle may be contributing to your symptoms.
- A personalised nutrition programme outlining specific, practical and manageable dietary and lifestyle interventions.
- Handouts on your specific health issue, recipes, shopping lists, sample menus (if necessary).
- A supplement programme (if necessary).
- Recommended diagnostic test (if necessary).

I am passionate to help as many people as possible, to feel the best they can feel.

Please call or email me to find out how nutritional therapy can help you to achieve your health goals. I look forward to welcoming you for a face to face consultation in my consultation room in Gerrards Cross (free parking) or a Skype call.
