I will help you to achieve your goals whilst giving you an understanding of your body, digestion, and health. You will then feel more balanced with your diet and lifestyle choices.
After your initial 15 minute free call, we will arrange our first consultation. Assessment and treatment will include a review of your goals, metabolism, stress levels, food habits, general health, and lifestyle. We will track and evaluate your current diet and nutrition choices. This will support your learning before we develop a nutrition and lifestyle plan with gradual and sustainable changes. This enables me to tailor my approach to your needs, goals, and any potential barriers.
I have just added a new service which involves the scanning of your body composition. This process looks at much more than weight and over time really helps to support the understanding of your own body, nutrition, and lifestyle

The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners is the fastest growing body for practitioners of nutritional therapy in the UK. There are two types of membership: Full Member and Student Member.
Members must be insured, and agree to abide by the FNTP Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics and the Disciplinary & Complaints Procedure.

Initial assessment consultation - £70
This includes assessments of your goals, potential barriers, health, lifestyle, stress, metabolism and food choices.
Further support and consultations can be discussed and agreed during the free introductory phone or video call.

In 2014-2016 I experienced my own digestion health issues which involved poor health, huge weight loss, stress and ultimately problems in my life and career. That’s when I got the nutrition and lifestyle support to break down the barriers and place myself on the right path. I haven’t looked back since and this has inspired me to help others to achieve and stay focused on their life goals and what brings them joy.
Having had bad eating habits and dieting on and off for most of my life I decided to take more control. My first consultation with Andy was great, and he made me feel relaxed and able to talk about what I wanted. Personally, I could not recommend Andy enough. His knowledge of nutrition is brilliant, he could also explain it in a nice and simple way so that I could understand it. I initially came to Andy to get some advice on better foods to eat after and before training as this is something that I struggled with. During the consultation I learnt a lot about different foods and the effect in which they have on your body and how they can impact your performance. From this I was able to put new measures in place for my eating and since I have noticed an improvement eating much better foods to help refuel for my training session.
