About me

Hello, I'm a fully qualified and registered nutritional practitioner offering professional, individually tailored dietary advice in the Orpington and Bromley areas and in EC2 in the City of London.

Over the course of hundreds of hours of clinical practice I have helped clients with a diverse range of issues, from hormonal imbalances to weight loss. I have experienced first hand how harnessing the power of optimum nutrition leads to a healthier, happier life. I’m committed to helping people to realise the importance of good nutrition through eating and enjoying everyday foods, in the right balance. My professional advice is always easy to understand, down to earth and designed to suit each individual and their particular lifestyle.

The terms nutritional practitioner or nutritional therapist are used interchangeably, but they mean the same thing. Essentially, I am qualified to give nutritional advice to clients to help alleviate symptoms they may be experiencing and help prevent disease by promoting good health through diet.

Nutritional therapy is a well-recognised complementary medicine and focuses on addressing biochemical imbalances in the body by changing when, what and how we eat. The training, which is based on peer-reviewed studies and rigorous scientific research, is extensive and ongoing.

Having completed a three-year post graduate diploma course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, I have been a practicing nutritional therapist since 2017 and am registered with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) and BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy). You can look me up in their member directories.

Both organisations require the very highest standards in training and professional development from their members, which means I’m constantly updating my knowledge to ensure that I’m able to give the very best advice to my clients.

Finally, these specific professional accreditations also mean that I am eligible for comprehensive insurance via the specialist company, Balens Ltd, for added peace of mind.

I offer reduced rates for couples and families. I can also access discounts on recommended supplements, if required. To find out  more about current offers and discounts, call me on 07967 338 061 for a friendly, confidential, no-obligation chat.

Here at Clear Nutrition I am committed to delivering a personal one-to-one service based on credible, evidence-based research. With nutrition there is no one size fits all approach. You are an individual with your own unique biological make up and specific nutritional needs that need to be addressed. That’s why I take a full medical history and we look at lifestyle and activity levels, your relationship with food, budget, time constraints, preferred cooking methods, religious and ethical considerations as well as family history and the impact of any medication you might be taking.

A consultation is basically a fact-finding mission: we don’t just look at any symptoms you may have – we view the body and its functions as a whole. I then offer simple, easy to understand advice – zero jargon, no weird ingredients and no faddy supplements. Just good, natural, wholesome food.

Consultations take place in Orpington, Kent (within walking distance of the High Street), but I’m also happy to travel within the Bromley area. I also practice in the City of London. You can opt to have an initial consultation in person, with a follow up online or via email, if that suits.
