I work with women who struggle with weight loss, life stage hormonal changes, gut issues, PMS, fatigue and low energy, stress management or simply those who want to acquire a better relationship with food.
I educate women about how to achieve peak health and wellness through diet and lifestyle and coach them in managing their own health, giving them the tools they need to be in control.
I approach Nutritional Therapy following the Functional Medicine Model, which focuses on addressing the root causes of illness rather than simply managing symptoms.

I am a Registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, qualifying from The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London. I am a full member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT), the professional body for Registered Nutritional Therapists.

Initial consultation - £105
This consultation will be approximately 75 minutes long where we will explore your current state of health and health history. You will receive your personalised diet plan and lifestyle recommendations within 48 hours of your consultation so you can get started on your journey to achieving your health goals.
Follow-up consultation - £70
(suggested 4-6 weeks after initial consultation)
Here we will discuss how the plan worked for you and any additional concerns you might want to address. I will then send you a revised diet and lifestyle plan with further steps to achieving your goals.
I recommend 2-3 follow-up consultations, but I will continue to work with you and revise your plan accordingly until we both feel you are able to maintain your health goals on your own.

This includes 1 initial consultation, and 2 follow-up consultations (everything included as above)
In addition to the above, you will also receive 2 update progress calls, recipe and meal ideas and relevant handouts to your health concerns
