Alison Williams, BA Open (Open), Nutritional Therapy & Weight loss Specialist
As a Nutritional Therapist I can assist in providing nutritional guidance to meet your individual health goals. If you are looking to improve health, minimise symptoms or manage weight I can assess your nutritional needs with the use of science based questionnaires, food journals and one to one reviews. This will enable me to pinpoint nutritional deficiencies in your current diet and produce a diet plan that is tailored to your individual needs.
This can be achieved by
- Assessing for Nutritional deficiencies within current diet with the use of science based questionnaires.
- Formulating a diet plan tailored to your needs
- Providing guidelines for a balanced intake of nutrients and hydration
- Identifying foods containing required nutrients
- Monitor and review progress
This nutritional programme can be used to optimise health, increase energy levels, educate, or minimise symptoms.
Disclaimer: I am unable to cure or treat medical conditions, nutritional therapy cannot replace medical treatment, but can certainly complement it.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
