About me
I have a special passion for helping people with fatigue and/or thyroid conditions to get their energy, brainpower and lives back. In conjunction with this I regularly support my clients with issues including gut symptoms, skin health and hormonal imbalances.
Do you long for your old life where you could go to sleep knowing you will be able to get out of bed tomorrow and not be faced with crippling fatigue?
Maybe you can't imagine not being in a state of constant exhaustion?
Have you been told your thyroid test results are normal but you feel far from normal?
Perhaps you are frustrated by weight gain that doesn't shift no matter what you try?
Do you sometimes struggle to hold a conversation because of brain fog or forget things you have known for years?
Are you prioritising what you do each day as the little energy you have can only stretch so far?
If you answered "yes" to any of the questions above then I was once where you are now. Diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, symptoms including debilitating fatigue and brain fog were severely impacting my daily life. I felt like I was barely surviving from one day to the next.
When personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice resolved my symptoms I was amazed. It compelled me to study nutritional therapy to understand the science behind how this worked.
Now a qualified and registered practitioner, I am passionate about using that knowledge and personal experience to help others like you to get their lives back too.
I will work one-to-one with you, digging deep into your health concerns and guiding you in manageable nutrition and lifestyle changes to help you feel better.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

You may have lived with your symptoms for years or even decades, and the level of support required varies from person to person. I find working together over a series of consultations to be the most effective way to resolve symptoms and achieve long-lasting benefits. This will be discussed in your free 30-minute introductory consultation so that we can personalise a package of support to meet your own individual requirements.
