London Clinic Of Nutrition

I work with men and women who want to manage their autoimmune conditions and gut health with nutrition. I also provide nutrition expertise to book publishing companies and to the catering industry.
I am a nutritionist and food consultant with over six years of clinical experience, including four years working in a busy medical practice, alongside medical doctors and other healthcare professionals. During this time, I have seen first hand what works and doesn't work for people with ongoing gut health issues and many other health issues.
My mission is to help my clients bring their body's biochemistry back to balance and normality through researched and bespoke nutrition programmes.
When I devise your nutritional protocol I employ your case history, tests results (if any were undertaken), your dietary and lifestyle history as well as research papers that offer up-to-date insights into your health. This allows me to be confident that the protocol is pertinent to your case, well researched and evidence-based and has the greatest chance of success.
As a food consultant I work with book publishers to ensure that the nutritional information provided by authors is accurate and up-to-date. I also do recipe analyses for recipe books and restaurants.

Training, qualifications & experience
What differentiates me from other practitioners?
I am a degree-qualified nutrition practitioner. I received my MSc in Nutrition and Food Sciences (Distinction) from the University of Reading and I also have a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster. Most of the nutritional therapists located in Central London only have a diploma.
I have clinical experience gained from working as a Clinical Nutritionist in a medical setting. I worked with a great variety of patients with a wide range of conditions, from chronic fatigue to Lyme disease. I was also constantly working alongside doctors. This level of clinical experience is fairly unusual among Nutritional Therapists.
