About me
I am a registered HCPC Dietitian with over 15 years of NHS clinical experience.
NutritionAL is my private venture which is well established in Brighton & Hove and covering Sussex. I am currently only offering virtual consultations so can reach UK wide.
Nutrition:AL can help you to relieve your digestive problems. Having specialised in digestive diseases I have experience and knowledge to give you the very best nutritional advice. I am FODMAP trained so can support and guide you through a low FODMAP diet to ease IBS symptoms. I completed my FODMAP training at Kings College London in 2016.
I also work with a variety of digestive conditions such as heartburn, reflux, Coeliac disease, Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis, Diverticular Disease, and general digestive discomfort. I can help you improve your gut health to make you feel better from the inside out.
I am also offering a Gut Health MOT for clients who are overwhelmed by all the gut health information out there and would like an experienced healthcare professional to assess & advise according without attempting to sell unnecessary supplements.
Appointments:
